One coordinated effort for reentry housing.
The National Reentry Housing Hub connects people returning from incarceration with safe housing, unites providers into one trusted network, and gives the navigators who support them a shared way to work.
Why the Hub exists
Most housing lists go stale and leave people calling dead ends. Providers get mismatched referrals; navigators duplicate each other’s work; and people returning home fall through the cracks between agencies.
The Hub replaces that with one coordinated system: a verified directory, an intelligent matching and referral cascade, provider portals, and CHW navigation with real 30/60/90-day follow-up — so a placement holds.
Built as a multi-tenant platform, the Hub is designed to serve county after county — a coalition model any community can stand up.
Who runs it
The Hub is stewarded by Generation of Excellence Trendsetters Nonprofit, led by Dr. LaTonya Baker — the same team that trains providers, coordinates the coalition, and keeps the directory verified.
